Section 1: REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
1. Nadine Hope does not offer any refund or exchange on fees payable to any of the services or products available on this website. All sales and transactions are final.
2. Nadine Hope also reserves the right to terminate, refuse, suspend and limit a product or service, at her discretion, if a client does not comply with the Terms and Conditions of this website or displays abusive, inappropriate, or undesirable behaviour, as deemed by Nadine Hope. Please be aware, if you demonstrate abusive, inappropriate, or undesirable behaviour, your session will be terminated, and your money will not be refunded. Further action to involve the relevant authorities may also be taken against you at the discretion of Nadine Hope. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, and clients should consider this to be a stern warning and are therefore advised to respect these terms.
3. Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without the appropriate notice will not be issued with a refund/exchange. Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24hrs in advance from the original booked date and time slot. To reschedule your session, please email Nadine Hope at firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds will be given.
4. In the event, you are unwell or unable to participate in your session on the day, please contact Nadine Hope at email@example.com as soon as you become aware that you cannot attend your session. to reschedule a new date and time of availability. No refunds will be given.
5. If you have booked a session and would like to cancel without rescheduling, please contact Nadine Hope at firstname.lastname@example.org and your session will be cancelled immediately. No refunds will be given.
6. In the event Nadine Hope needs to reschedule your session, communication will be made via email. You can choose to either reschedule the session for the next available time or cancel the session completely and accept a full refund.
7. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for any service that has already been completed.
8. All sessions, unless discussed with Nadine Hope, are booked for 1 (One) individual only. if another person, other than the individual whom the session was originally intended for is present, the session will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued.
Section 2: MISSED APPOINTMENTS
1. In the unlikely event, you are late to your session by 15 mins or more, the session will automatically be cancelled, and your payment will not be refunded. If you would still like to have a session, you will need to reschedule another session through www.nadinehope.com.
2. In the event you are running late to the session, notice must be made to Nadine Hope at least 30 mins BEFORE the session. The option to extend your time slot lies solely with Nadine Hope.
Section 3: PACKAGES
1. Packages have been created to accommodate for services that may require more than one session and are intended to provide clients with a discount on the regular price of a Regression or 1-to-1 session. Please be aware that all refund and cancellation policies stated above on this page will apply.
2. When you have purchased a package, please reach out to Nadine Hope for scheduling. When dates and times have been confirmed, you will be sent a private Zoom link. Do not share this link with anybody else.
